Settings and your team
Your brand's settings, inviting teammates and choosing their roles, the audit log, and exporting your data.
Where settings live
Open Settings at the bottom of the sidebar. It expands into:
- Account: your own profile.
- Brand: settings for the whole brand, in tabs: General, Voice & calling, Integrations, Team and Compliance & data.
- Integrations, Billing, Support and Roadmap.
- Audit log, Blocked callers, Callers and, if your brand makes outbound calls, Do not call.
Update your brand
- Go to Settings → Brand.
- On General, change the Brand name.
- On Voice & calling, choose the Default voice for new skills. Agents set to Brand default use it.
- Save.
Invite a teammate
- Go to Settings → Brand and open the Team tab.
- Enter their Email and choose a Role.
- Add them. If they don't have a Boundless account yet, they get an email invitation to set one up.
To remove someone, use the remove option next to their name. Only owners and admins can invite and remove members.
Roles
Everyone on a brand can see its calls and configuration. Each member has one of these roles:
- Owner: the person who set up the brand. Owners get billing and account notifications.
- Admin: can manage the brand like an owner, including the team and integrations.
- Operator: for the people who run day-to-day calling work.
- Analyst: for people who mainly review calls and results.
- Read only: for people who only need to look.
Compliance and data
The Compliance & data tab holds your TCPA consent attestation, which outbound campaigns and Speed to Lead need before they can start. Enter your attestation text and save it. If you revoke it, campaigns already running aren't affected, but new ones won't start until you attest again. The same tab lets you delete every recording of calls with a particular number.
Export your data
- Go to Settings → Brand → Compliance & data.
- Under Export your data, click Download data export.
You get a JSON file with your brand's calls, transcripts, leads, campaigns, agents and knowledge entries. Billing records aren't included. Large brands may take a few seconds. You can export up to three times an hour, and each export is recorded in the audit log.
Check the audit log
Settings → Audit log lists subscription, access and configuration changes for your brand: who did what, and when. Entries are kept indefinitely. If our support team ever joins your brand to help you, that shows up here too.
Callers, blocked callers and do not call
- Callers shows what your agents remember about people who have called before (only for agents with caller memory switched on). You can search by number and forget a caller.
- Blocked callers lists numbers whose calls are rejected before they reach an agent (see Calls and call details).
- Do not call lists numbers your campaigns and Speed to Lead will never dial (see Outbound campaigns).
