SMS Messaging Program

1. What this program is

Boundless is an AI phone receptionist operated by Boundless Labs, Inc.. It answers calls for businesses ("customers") and, when a caller asks for it, sends a small number of transactional text messages such as a link to confirm an appointment the caller just booked, a booking or meeting confirmation, or an order or account update.

Messages are sent from a business phone number registered to Boundless or to the customer whose call you made. We send no marketing or promotional messages under this program.

2. How you give consent (opt-in)

Consent is collected verbally, during your phone call, and only for the specific message you asked for. When you request something that is delivered by text, the receptionist asks for your permission before anything is sent, using this script:

"Would you like me to send that to you as a text message at the number you are calling from? Message frequency varies, message and data rates may apply, and you can reply STOP at any time to opt out or HELP for help."

A message is sent only if you clearly say yes. If you decline, nothing is sent and you are not asked again on that call. Your phone number, the consent you gave, and the date and time are recorded with the call log, and the call recording or transcript is retained as evidence of consent for as long as the customer's retention settings allow.

You can also opt in by texting START or YES to the business number you called. We never send messages to anyone who has not opted in, and we do not buy, rent, or import phone number lists.

Consent is not a condition of any purchase or booking.

3. What you will receive

  • A link to review and confirm the appointment or meeting you booked on the call
  • A confirmation once the booking is complete
  • An order, account, or booking update you asked for during the call

Message frequency varies and depends on what you asked for; typically one to three messages per call. Message and data rates may apply. Check with your carrier for details.

4. How to opt out or get help

  • Reply STOP to any message to opt out. You will receive one final message confirming you have been unsubscribed, and no further messages will be sent to your number.
  • Reply HELP for help, or contact [email protected].
  • Reply START to resubscribe at any time.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

5. Your mobile information

We do not share, sell, rent, or otherwise provide your mobile phone number, your texting consent, or your SMS opt-in data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Your number is shared only with the service provider that delivers the messages (Twilio) and only for that purpose.
